2010 Chicagoland Safety & Health Conference

September 13-16, 2010 - Northern Illinois University - Naperville Campus

September 13-16, 2010, marks the 22nd annual PDC which is co-sponsored by Greater Chicago ASSE Chapter, Northeastern Illinois ASSE Chapter, Three Rivers ASSE Chapter and planned in association with OSHA, Northern Illinois University, National Safety Education Center. ASSE CEUs and ABIH CM Points are expected to be awarded and are pending. The proceeds from this conference are used to support the Safety and Health profession.

Richard Fairfax, CIH, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA, will deliver the keynote ad-dress at the luncheon banquet which will be held on the last day of the conference on Thursday, September 16th. Wednesday, September 15th will include a Safety Expo sponsored by our dedicated ex-hibitors. The expo will feature opportunities to discuss new and potential EHS solutions for our mem-bership and their employers and co-workers. The Wednesday Expo closes with a reception designed to provide social and professional networking opportunities.

Multiple track session topics have been selected by a committee of EHS professionals for beginning, intermediate and advanced topic information for those in EHS positions as well as those in related fields. Full and half day pre-conference sessions are available. Presenters from government, industry and consulting are chosen based on reputation, recommendation and previous participants’ feedback.

2010 Chicagoland ASSE Golf Scramble

Three Rivers, Greater Chicago & the Northeastern Illinois chapters of the American Society of Safety Engineers are teaming up for the 2010 golf scramble.

Come join us for our annual Golf Scramble on September 20, 2010 at Cinder Ridge Golf Course in Wilmington, Illinois! This is a great opportunity to network with over 1,000 HSE professionals from Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

The cost for this event is only $75 and includes 18 holes of golf, riding cart, lunch, dinner and various awards. Hole and company sponsorships are much appreciated If interested, please refer to the sponsorship information on page two.

If golf is not your thing, please join us for dinner at 4:00 pm for only $20.
